Now that has something to do with your double bed. According to Feng Shui, There are some myths related to your modern double beds setting and placement in your bedroom, so read to explore them:
Everything we read or listen about feng shui related to our sleep is strictly dependent on the Yin that refers to darkness, sleep, calm and moon, and Yang that refers to sun, energy, birth and light. The balance of Yin and Yang can only ensure a healthy life habit. The primary thing that matters the most is that the double bed you choose must be strong and sturdy enough to support utmost comfort.
Place your beds, tightly attached to the walls, because according to the Feng Shui, walls allow and promote Yin function of sleep. Also, putting the double bed, right in the center also occupies the visual space a lot, making it difficult to bring in other bedroom furniture.
Do not place your bed near the window, in fact, ensure that windows are far from the double bed you sleep on. This is because the windows are Yang, thus inviting disturbance and imbalance, eventually hindering you from sleeping nicely. Even if you already have the windows placed quite close to the double bed, then make sure the double bed has a heavy headboard like Murphy bed, or you have curtains that can stop the yang effect of windows.
The ideal shape of the bedroom must be square or rectangle so that yin and yang are smoothly balanced. Any shape and any color of the queen size bed is acceptable as long as it pleases your eye and soothing you to sleep. It is advised not to prefer the wheeled bed because supposedly that belongs to the hospitals.
If you have bathroom fitted inside your bedroom, then do not place the bed too close to the bathroom door, because that can disturb your Yin. Also, in that case, make sure to keep the bathroom clean, so that no negative energy is attracted.
Placing the double bed right next to the entrance door is also a big no-no because this disturbs sleep and will holds the chances that you may get the nightmares or even daymares.
Maintain a good essence inside the bedroom, so that you can sleep in the best pleasing environment. This also includes keeping the room tidy and free of germs, so that you wake up with your energy levels at their best.
